During these difficult times, keeping moving will really help both health and a general sense of wellbeing. If you click on the images below you'll see my recommended njumber of repetitions or time for each exercise. I'd pick two arm exercises and two leg exercises a day which will take about 10 minutes which will make a real difference. You'll find if you pop some music on while you do them this is a major help as it turns the whole process into a fun and enjoyable experience.
